David E. Malick

Dave Malick manages an international trademark portfolio and copyright matters for a major manufacturer and is also engaged in a trial practice representing employers and companies in the defense of various types of litigation, including business disputes, personal injury, workers’ compensation, FELA, federal black lung, and employment matters. Dave also has extensive experience in resolving domain name disputes through ICANN’S Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).  Dave has appellate experience before administrative agencies, the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, the Alabama Supreme Court, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

As a professional musician, Dave has performed studio work in Cleveland, Ohio where he also played for Tony Bennett, Steve Allen, Lawrence Welk, Perry Como, Bob Hope, Danny Thomas, Helen Ready, Dizzy Gillespie, and President Ford, among many others. As a theologian, Dave planted The Chapel in North Canton, Ohio, taught biblical courses at Dallas Theological Seminary and Southeastern Bible College, and continues to publish articles in academic journals. Dave is completing a Ph.D. at the University of South Africa in New Testament and Early Christian Literature.
